- A confirmed failed or rejected task returns its reserved video allowance with the original expiry date. This is not an automatic cash refund.
- Another version
- Generating a new version after a successful delivery uses another allowance. There are no unlimited free retries.
- Cash refunds
- Request a full refund within seven days of confirmed payment if the whole pack is unused and no queued or processing task is reserving its allowances. Other delivery, billing, and statutory remedies remain available under the Refund Policy.
Completed videos are stored for three calendar months from completion. Download them before storage expires; this is separate from the pack’s 365-day allowance validity.

How do I make a Burning Bridges AI video?

What photo should I upload? Do I need a seven-view sheet?
Use one clear, well-lit person per image, with the face and upper body visible. The lead is required and supporting roles are optional. You don’t need to make seven-view sheets; the tool prepares them from regular photos. If you already have one, select “Already a seven-view sheet.” Upload JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB per image, with each side between 240 and 8,000 pixels. See the photo requirements.
Can I replace more than one person?
Yes. The foreground lead is required, and you can optionally replace five specific supporting performers. Use the labels in the tool to match each supporting photo to its preset source role. Other guests are generated automatically.
Can I use a pet or a cartoon character?
Pet, cartoon, and non-human character inputs haven’t been verified. The tested example uses a realistic original human character. See the reference and generated video before choosing your image.
What video format and sound will I get?
You’ll get a 29-second MP4 at 720p (1280 × 720), in 16:9 landscape format, with the original reference soundtrack. Length, aspect ratio, resolution, and soundtrack aren’t selectable. For a shorter or vertical version, edit the downloaded video separately.
Will the video match my photo exactly?
No exact match is guaranteed. Faces, hands, clothing, and accessories can change during movement or occlusion. Background details are recreated, and the two generated segments may have a visible transition around 14 seconds. Watch the full example to judge the result.
Is generation free, and do I need a subscription?
Previewing examples is free. Generation requires an account with an available video allowance. Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Listed prices are 1 video for $9.90; 3 videos for $22.90; 8 videos for $49.90 USD. Purchases are available through PayPal. See video packs and pricing.
How long is my video allowance valid?
Purchased allowance is valid for 365 days from the confirmed payment date. Each submitted generation reserves one video; a completed generation uses it. This expiry applies to generation allowance, not stored files. Check your balance and orders in Videos & orders after signing in.
How long does generation take, and what if it stays processing?
Completion time varies with the queue and processing stages; there’s no fixed turnaround time. Check the saved task in the generator before submitting again. A processing task is not a confirmed failure. If it remains stuck, contact support@burningbridges-ai.com with the task ID and displayed status.
What happens if generation fails or is rejected?
A confirmed failed or rejected task returns its reserved video allowance. This restores a generation attempt; it is not a cash refund. Generating another version after a successful result uses another allowance. Permission to use an image does not guarantee the provider will accept it. See the Refund Policy for purchase refund conditions, including the seven-day unused-pack option.
Where can I find and download my finished video?
Play the completed result in the generator, then select Download MP4 with Sound. You can also return to My Videos after signing in to the same account. Check the full picture and sound before sharing.
How are my photos and videos stored and deleted?
Photos and reference images are temporary processing inputs and are deleted from our storage after the task completes or fails. Finished videos are kept for three calendar months from completion. Third-party AI providers have their own retention and training practices. Anyone with a file URL may be able to open it. Removing a library record does not immediately delete stored files. For deletion requests, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy.
Can I share the video or use it commercially?
Our terms permit personal and commercial use of delivered videos, including supplied soundtrack rights we are entitled to grant. You still need permission for the person’s likeness and any third-party material you upload or add. Follow the platform’s music and AI-labeling rules. Read the Terms of Service before publishing.
